Chad hampton

We are very excited to announce Chad Hampton as our newest member to the PBFC Competitive Coaching staff! Chad comes to us with over 10 years of club coaching experience, including stints with Hattiesburg Futbol Club, Gulf Coast United Futbol Club, Fire Juniors of Mississippi, and MS Rush competitive club.

Chad will be helping with the expansion of PBFC into the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Foley areas. This will allow for current PBFC players to train closer to home and open up opportunities for new players to join the club. More information about the expansion is going to be released soon. If you live in the area and want to get your player involved in the spring, click here and complete the inquiry form.

In the past, Chad was responsible for the club’s player identification and retention and volunteered with Top Soccer. He also spent 5 years as an ODP State Staff Coach and formerly served as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for Pearl River Community College Men’s and Women’s college soccer programs. During his time at PRCC, both programs made the playoffs in each season, with the men posting their first undefeated division title and the women winning their first state and NJCAA Region XXIII championships.

As a college player, Chad played 4 years with Mississippi College and led the team in assists. In high school, Chad was a 3-time 1st Team All-District selection and earned 5 varsity letters for the high school soccer powerhouse, Florence Eagles.

Chad had this to say about joining the PBFC Premier Staff, “After taking a break from club soccer, I’m extremely excited to find such an outstanding project to get involved with. I’ve been very impressed with the organization Coach Guidroz has been building for the last several years, and I love the vision he has created for PBFC Premier Program. I’m ecstatic about helping PBFC continue to improve on the success of their program and help impact as many youth players as possible. I’m looking forward to meeting more people and getting involved!”

Chad lives in Orange Beach and is married to Tiffany Williams Hampton, a former 1st Team All-Conference Tennis player for the University of Mobile. They have two children: Kate (9) and Jon David (4). Chad has a BBA from Belhaven University and an MBA from Delta State University, finishing 1st in his class. He holds several NSCAA coaching licenses as well as his USSF D License.
