We may call is the Spring season, but it’s going to seem like Winter for sure tonight at our start of training!

2020 Spring Schedule:

-Start: January 21st

-End: May 14th

We received feedback from our surveys on our Fall Speciality Training so we have decided to make some adjustments!  We will be hosting all of our speciality training on Mondays.  We will be running 30 minute circuits from 6:00PM-7:30PM on the following:

-Technical Training

-Goalkeeper/Finishing Training

Speed Agility and Quickness Training

All players will be split into groups based upon their format:

-7v7

-9v9

-11v11

Example: 7v7 Players will start with technical training from 6:00PM-6:3PM, then will move to Goalkeeper/Finishing Training from 6:30PM-7:00PM, and finally with Speed Agility and Quickness Training 7:00PM-7:30PM.  This is designed for players to get the most out of their time on the field.  Our 9v9 players will start with Goalkeeper/Finishing Training and our 11v11 players will start with Speed Agility and Quickness Training.

On Wednesday’s we will use this as a time to host interclub scrimmages.  This is a schedule that will be built by the club to give you some Wednesday night scrimmages throughout the season.  These matches will fall in the same scheduled timeline, these scrimmages will be scheduled by the club and you will receive your scrimmage dates in SportsEngine by January 29th.

Our Spring Speciality Training Schedule:

-Mondays (February 10th-April 27th)

-Wednesdays (February 12th-April 29th)

In conclusion the season is here and we are ready to get started tonight! We look forward to seeing you all tonight!
