Coaching Guidelines
When you coach soccer there is no one-size-fits-all. You have thousands of different drills, routines, philosophy, and opinions. The one that we try to keep in perspective at PBFC Rush is that we are coaching kids, and kids want to play games, they want to compete, and they want to scrimmage. Our coaching staff takes this into account at every session we run. Following the guidelines of the US Youth National License, we have built many lessons plans for our volunteer rec coaches to use when you sign up to coach. These lessons will help make your life easier and will make the season more enjoyable for the kids.
On the competitive side of the club, we tailor the sessions to match the goals of the team while keeping in mind the style of play that we work so hard to create in our players.
Below we have resources you can use as well as information about our staff coaches so you can learn a little more about them.
